By accessing or using GeoTasker AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GeoTasker AI is an AI-powered platform that generates geospatial content including interactive maps, animated route visualizations, narrated video stories, and data visualizations. The Service uses artificial intelligence to interpret user requests and generate corresponding outputs.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content & Data

You may upload data files (CSV, GeoJSON, shapefiles) to use with the Service. You retain ownership of any data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Ownership: You own the AI-generated outputs (maps, videos, visualizations) created through your use of the Service. You may use these outputs for personal or commercial purposes.

Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Usage Limits & Fair Use

The Service operates on a credit-based system with different tiers (Free, Pro, Team). You agree to:

• Use the Service within your plan's allocated credits and limits
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
• Not use automated systems to excessively access the Service
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Create misleading maps or visualizations intended to deceive
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

8. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Mapbox (mapping), ElevenLabs (voice), and others. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by GeoTasker AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOTASKER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GeoTasker AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
